We may cancel or postpone floating for weather at any time. If the river is beyond safe levels, you get a raincheck for the amount you paid, valid for one year. Check current river levels before you head out, then call us at 573-732-5200 to confirm your trip is running.

Floaters must be at least 5, and the age limit can rise with water conditions or the heat. Tell us the ages of any children 15 and under when you book, or they may be turned away at the bus.

Glass is not allowed on the river, by Missouri law. Pets can ride in the watercraft but must never be tied to it; tell the Store you’re bringing one so it gets a spot on the bus. We suggest a cooler of 50 quarts or smaller.

Cancel or change a float at least 8 days before you arrive for a refund, minus a $25 fee. Within 7 days, it is non-refundable.
